MOVING ON UP...EB

Changing of the guard...We would like to say thanks a ton and we'll miss ya lil buddy to Spada. John will be moving on to work in the Danvers shop starting this weekend. Leominster will be seeing some familiar faces back this winter and bringing in one of our longtime Worcester guys Jon Aquafresca to fill Spadas shoes. Aqua will bring in years of skate and snow knowledge along with securing him a good spot in the EB family.

GRAPHIC DESIGN CONTEST

The Leominster Art Center approached us to help get kids involved in a design contest a couple weeks ago. Here's what they came up with and we are more than happy to participate. Design your own original graphics on either a real board (used or new) If you don't have one, make a wood cut out roughly the same shape and size of a real skateboard, or use a piece of heavy cardboard or poster board. If you are from the Leominster area join in and show off your artwork. Click this link for more details.

With all the new snowboards coming in for the 2011 season it's nice to know there were some local New England heads seeing what they think may be worth you spending your hard earned money on. Kai, Ian and Luke are all Waterville Valley guys. Look for the seal of approval on boards here at EB this winter.

LEOMINSTER PARK FUN

This was posted back in March after their trip but it's worth another look anyway. Road trips are too fun. Documenting them isn't a bad idea either. They're going to be stoked to watch this when they get old and crusty.
